GR 1M 58 copper-plated 3515 straight carton staples are roll-type U-shaped staples specifically designed for carton sealing. Made from high-carbon steel, they undergo copper plating for rust resistance, presenting a uniform red copper color. Compared to ordinary galvanized staples, they offer superior rust resistance, preventing rust from contaminating the carton and its contents. The core specifications of these staples include a shank width of approximately 35mm, a leg length of 15mm, and a standard 16GA wire diameter (about 2.3mm × 0.9mm). With sharp points, they can easily penetrate 3-5 layer corrugated cartons, ensuring firm stapling that is not easy to loosen. The staples are bonded into a continuous roll with adhesive tape, compatible with most 35-series manual or pneumatic carton sealers, enabling continuous stapling.
