F Nail Detailed Product Description
F nails, also often referred to as F-series straight nails or slim straight collated nails, are general-purpose glue-collated straight nails. They are basic fastening accessories with huge usage in the woodworking, decoration, and furniture industries. Used with dedicated F-series pneumatic straight nail guns, they are generally light to medium load, with small nail marks, suitable for fixing various boards and soft wood materials.
Material & Surface Treatment
The base material is high-quality low-carbon steel wire, with excellent overall toughness. After regular straightening treatment, it is not easy to bend or break during nailing, feeds smoothly, and won’t split thin wood boards or decorative panels. The surface is mainly treated with electro-galvanizing, with a uniform and bright coating, providing basic moisture and rust resistance to meet long-term use in regular dry indoor environments. For humid working conditions, copper-plated or color-zinc styles can be selected; 304 stainless steel material can be customized for high-corrosion scenarios. The nail head is a standard small round head, and the nail tip is formed by acute-angle cutting, with strong piercing power, and is not prone to jamming or flying during continuous operation. The entire set of nails is glued into rows with environmentally friendly glue, which is firmly bonded and not easy to scatter or break when nailing at high speed.
Core Specification Parameters
The conventional wire diameter is about 1.18mm. The mainstream common lengths include F10, F15, F20, F25, F30, F35, F40, F45, F50, corresponding to nail lengths from 10mm to 50mm, covering all scenarios from thin material bonding to medium-thickness board splicing. The products are all long glue-collated structures. The conventional packaging is thousands of pieces per box, and bulk-packed in whole cartons, suitable for large-scale use in factory assembly lines and decoration sites.
Product Performance Features
The slim diameter design with a small round nail head results in subtle nail marks after nailing, making later painting and modification easy, balancing fastening performance and aesthetics. The straight rod integrated structure distributes force evenly, and has stable grip after being driven into wood, not easy to loosen or fall off. The glue collation is compatible with the full range of F-type pneumatic straight nail guns, with smooth feeding, high stability in continuous operation, and much higher efficiency than manual nailing. The product has a reasonable hardness and toughness ratio, which can easily penetrate density boards, solid wood strips, plywood, and also adapt to soft materials such as fabric and cork, with a wide range of applications.
