T nails thick-diameter glue-collated straight nails, large nail heads, high-strength straight nails. Different from F fine nails, they belong to medium and heavy-duty woodworking fasteners, compatible with T-series pneumatic straight nail guns, and used for fixing thick materials, load-bearing components, hard wood, and frames.
Material & Surface Treatment
Base material: High-quality low-carbon steel wire (Q235), through quenching and tempering heat treatment, with high hardness, good toughness, not easy to bend/break, and no tip chipping.
Surface: Electro-galvanized/blue-white zinc/color zinc, rust and moisture resistant; 304 stainless steel and copper-plated options available for humid/outdoor environments.
Structure: Large round nail head, straight shank, sharp tip; glued in rows (resin adhesive), no scattering, no jamming, smooth feeding.
Core Specification Parameters
Wire diameter ≈ 1.52mm
Common specifications: T20 (20mm), T25, T30, T32, T35, T38, T40, T45, T50, T64
Collation: Glue-collated strips, compatible with T50/T64 pneumatic straight nail guns
Performance Features
1. Thick shank + large nail head: Strong pull-out resistance and load-bearing capacity, not easy to loosen or sink, with gripping force far higher than F fine nails.
2. Strong penetration: Easily driven into hard wood, solid wood, plywood, keels, and thick boards, not easy to bend.
3. Moderate nail marks, reliable fastening; glue collation enables continuous nailing with high efficiency and no easy strip scattering.
