The A11 series staples are 20GA fine-wire U-shaped light-duty staples with a standard crown width of 3/8 inch.
Material and Craftsmanship
Made from high-quality low-carbon steel wire, they offer excellent toughness, are not prone to brittle fracture, and won’t split thin materials. The surface is mainly electro-galvanized (bright white/color zinc) with a uniform coating, providing basic rust and moisture resistance, suitable for regular indoor environments. 304 stainless steel and copper-plated options are available for mild outdoor, humid, and corrosion-resistant working conditions. The staple tips are chisel points, featuring sharp piercing ability, smooth feeding into the gun, and no jamming during continuous nailing. The entire row is glued together (adhesive collation), ensuring firm bonding, no scattering, and stable feeding.

Performance Features
With 20GA fine wire and lightweight design, they won’t damage thin fabrics, thin wooden boards, plastics, or insulation cotton. The standard 3/8 inch crown width ensures even force distribution, stable grip, and resistance to loosening. They are compatible with manual/light-duty pneumatic staple guns, featuring a low jamming rate and stable continuous operation.
