BCSW series staples (often referred to as BCS/BCSW heavy-duty staples) are 15GA high-strength wide-shoulder U-shaped staples, mainly designed for heavy-load fastening. They are mostly used in high-load scenarios such as wooden floors, heavy wood structures, pallets and wooden boxes. Material and Craftsmanship Base material: High-carbon steel/high-strength steel wire, undergoes quenching + tempering treatment, with balanced hardness and toughness, resistant to bending and breaking, and can penetrate hard wood without cracking. Surface: Mainly electro-galvanized (8–12μm), complying with ASTM B633 standard; hot-dip galvanized/stainless steel options are available, featuring strong rust resistance and moisture resistance, preventing rust from contaminating workpieces during long-term use. Staple tip: Chisel-shaped sharp tip, with strong piercing power and smooth feeding, enabling continuous nailing without jamming the gun. Core Specification Parameters Wire gauge: 1.52mm Shoulder width: 25mm wide shoulder for stable grip and strong pull-out resistance. Staple length (leg length): Common specifications are 38mm (1.5″), 44mm, 50mm (2″) Arrangement: Glued strips (70 pieces per strip), compatible with professional staple guns for smooth feeding. Packaging can be customized according to requirements.
