The N-series staples are industrial-grade U-shaped wide-shoulder staples, also known as large staples. They are mostly used in scenarios such as furniture, wooden boxes, decoration, and packaging. Made from high-strength steel, they are commonly treated with galvanization for rust resistance. Some versions are also copper-plated or made of stainless steel. Overall, they have high strength and are not easy to bend or break. They are compatible with pneumatic staple guns of models like N851. The staples are in a standard U-shape with a uniform shoulder width of approximately 11.3mm. The leg lengths come in specifications such as N11, N13, N15, N17, N19, and N21, corresponding to leg lengths ranging from 11mm to 50mm. With sharp points, they have strong penetration and can quickly fix various materials such as wood, cloth, and thin plates. They are mainly used in the furniture industry for fixing sofa fabrics/leather, in the decoration industry for installing ceilings and thin plates, and in the splicing and reinforcement of wooden boxes/wooden pallets. They can also be used for packaging some heavy-duty cartons or plates. Thanks to their characteristics of firm nailing and strong load-bearing capacity, they are widely applied in woodworking, packaging, and decoration fields.
