STCR5019 series staples

The STCR5019 belongs to 20GA fine wire U-shaped pneumatic staples (Bostitch standard, PowerCrown wide crown), also known as FB series staples. It is compatible with Bostitch STCR5019, Prebena FB series pneumatic/manual staple guns, and is mainly used in light fastening scenarios such as soft decoration, thermal insulation, and packaging.
Material and Craftsmanship
The base material is high-quality low-carbon steel wire, which has good toughness and is not easy to bend or break. The surface is mainly electro-galvanized (bright zinc) with a uniform coating, providing rust and moisture resistance, suitable for conventional indoor working conditions. 304 stainless steel is optional for mild outdoor/humid environments. The staple tip is a chisel point, which is sharp for piercing, ensures smooth feeding, and is not easy to jam in the gun. The entire row is arranged with adhesive (glue collation), which is firmly bonded and does not disperse during continuous nailing.
Core Specification Parameters
Wire gauge: 20GA (wire diameter approximately 0.88mm); cross-sectional dimensions: width 1.25mm, thickness 0.50mm. Crown width (shoulder width): 11.2–11.6mm (7/16 inch, PowerCrown), which disperses force and provides a larger gripping area. Leg length (regular): 6mm (1/4”), 8mm (5/16”), 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm (5/8”), with model designations STCR5019/06, /08, /10, /12, /14, /16. Number of staples per row: 84 pieces/row; packaging: 5000 pieces/box, 20 boxes/carton.
Performance Features
The 20GA fine specification is lightweight, does not split materials, and does not damage thin fabrics/boards. The PowerCrown wide crown design enhances anchoring force and prevents loosening. The glue collation is compatible with pneumatic/manual staple guns, ensuring stable feeding and low jamming rate.
